A sales act, a contract, or an invoice needs signing. On paper that means: print, sign with a pen, scan, email it, wait for a reply, print again. Four steps and two trips to the printer for one signature. With M-Sign, Moldova's official electronic signature, that whole chain happens in one click, without leaving the software you already work in.
M-Sign isn't an exotic novelty. It's the state service that gives an electronic signature the same legal force as one on paper. We simply wire it into your flow, right where you actually sign documents.
What changes for you
Instead of moving a document between programs, you sign it on the spot. You hit "Sign," confirm with your signature (from your phone or your electronic key), and the document comes out signed and legally valid. The other party can check, any time, who signed it and that nothing was altered afterward.
In practice that means:
- Fewer manual steps. No printing, no scanning, no hunting for a signature in a drawer.
- Legally valid documents. Not a photo of a signature, but an officially recognized one.
- Less time lost. A contract closes in minutes, not in two days of back-and-forth email.
Right where you need it
A separate program just for signing makes no sense. M-Sign belongs in the exact flow where the document appears.
At Datecs, for example, we put signing straight into the register interface: the operator signs the act without opening anything else. But it fits just as well in a CRM where you close client contracts, in an accounting tool for acts and invoices, or in an internal portal for approvals. We put the signature where you work, not the other way around.
A routine integration, not a feat
This is standard work for us, not a rare project. M-Sign has clear documentation, and connecting it to a product is routine. You don't need to understand how it works under the hood. You just need to know that, once it's wired in, your people sign officially from a single screen.
If someone in your company still prints to sign and then scans it back, M-Sign will most likely slot cleanly into the software you already use. Email us at hello@kernex.md and we'll look at where, together.
